Neuromuscular massage.

Neuromuscular massage therapy is a specialized form of manual massage where pressure and friction are used to release strain areas called tender or trigger points. Trigger points are small areas of the muscle where there is a contracture of tissue, and the lack of blood flow and nutrients in that area make the muscle unable to relax.

trigger point release | myofascial release

Sports massage.

Sports massage is manual manipulation of the muscles, geared specifically for people who have physically demanding lifestyles. This type of massage considers the impact of certain activities on specific joints, muscle groups, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue groups.

stretching | cupping | scraping | active + passive range of motion deepening

Neuromuscular kinetic assessment + restructuring.

Treatment based specifically on assessing and evaluating. It utilizes myofascial techniques combined with bodywork techniques focused on the connective tissue (or fascia) of the body. The focus is to lengthen, stretch, and soften the tissue; thus restoring postural balance and ease of movement.

assessment of kinetic dysfunction | deep tissue manipulation | PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) | active & passive range of motion

Infrared sauna.

Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lamps in confined spaces to raise your body temperature directly (80% body, 20% air) and can operate at a lower temperature than a traditional sauna. This allows you to experience a more intense sweat at a lower temperature.
